Education is the foundation of HOC. As society shifts toward plant medicine, the demand for credible education on plant-based modalities continues to grow. However, finding reliable information can be challenging. Through HOC, we aim to share founder Kyle Quincey’s journey—how he transitioned out of professional hockey, coped with the loss of his accountability network in the locker room, and ultimately used plant medicine and its associated practices as tools to thrive in his post-hockey life. By combining personal testimonials with peer-reviewed research (where studies exist), we strive to present a clear, data-driven picture of the potential benefits and success stories behind these transformative therapies.
